Casual and Intimate.

Anjin is a cozy 20-seat izakaya. Part neighborhood bar, part open kitchen, and all about good vibes.

Guests can enjoy yakitori, seasonal small plates, and drinks poured with care.

Anjin is a nod to Chef Nick Goellner's grandfather,
an officer in the Air Corps, who married in Japan after WWII and passed down stories that sparked a lifelong love of the culture.

Together with Leslie Goellner and Drew Little, the team built Anjin as a heartfelt tribute—blending tradition, personal history, and a serious love of food and drink.
